2. Is ordering on-line secure?

To guarantee that your order is secure and to protect your privacy, Mighty Politey employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) utilizing 128 bit encryption. Once Mighty Politey receives your order, it is then decoded and processed.

Mighty Politey will never share your email address or personal information with any third party. Any information we collect from you will be used either for fraud control, order verfication or internal marketing purposes only. This is our promise to you.

4. What is your shipping costs, times and policies?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders may be delayed because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information. To help prevent delays, please make sure we have an accurate email address to contact you, should we have any questions.

Standard shipping and handling is available within the United States only. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and not on weekends or holidays; most in-stock items are shipped within 72 hours. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

USA
USPS Priority Mail – according to The US Postal Service, packages sent Priority Mail should take between 2-3 business days for delivery. Mighty Politey is not responsible for USPS delays; the percentage of USPS Mail not reaching their destination is less than 1% and we consider this a reliable shipping source. Fees for this service are $5.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each item thereafter.


USPS Express Mail (overnight)– orders must be submitted Monday thru Friday by 10am PST to be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 10AM PST Monday thru Thursday will ship the next day. Orders submitted after 10AM PST Friday will ship the following Monday. Saturday delivery is not available. Fees for this service are $15.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each item thereafter.

5. What is your tax policy?

Mighty Politey does not collect sales tax on any orders, except for those originating in California.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated during checkout.

6. How can I return or exchange merchandise?

You may return unworn Mighty Politey merchandise within twenty-one days for an even exchange or charge credit.

To return or exchange merchandise shipped from our warehouse, please notify us via email. Items should be returned to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable and all returned items must have pre-paid shipping; COD packages will be not be accepted. Returns and exchanges will be processed upon receipt. Please allow up to 30 days for Charge Credits to appear on your billing statement.

We’re sorry, but all sale items are FINAL; no returns or exchanges.

7. How can I check the status of an order?

Track your order by visiting our order status page. You will need to enter the username and password you selected during checkout. If you cannot remember this information, click here to retrieve it.

8. When will my credit card be charged?

Since we don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, Mighty Politey will not bill you until your products, including backordered items, are actually shipped.
